Terms of Service

TeamFitting provides AI-powered player-team compatibility analysis for professional and collegiate sports organizations. Our reports synthesize behavioral science data, publicly available research, and artificial intelligence to generate compatibility predictions.

All predictions, scores, and analysis generated by TeamFitting are informational tools designed to supplement — not replace — professional judgment. They do not constitute guarantees of player performance, team chemistry outcomes, or signing recommendations.

You may access the Service through either a personal account or an organizational account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

Organization accounts. Data uploaded, generated, or stored under an organization account belongs to that organization. Individual users accessing the Service through an organization account do not acquire personal ownership of organizational data, including reports, assessments, or research generated under the organization’s account.

Personal accounts. Data uploaded, generated, or stored under a personal account belongs to the individual account holder.

In both cases, you grant Vervian Design Group Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

By uploading data to the Service, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to upload and use such data. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

You agree not to upload data that is unlawfully obtained, that you do not have authorization to share, or that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

When a user’s association with an organization ends — whether through termination, resignation, or any other cause — that user’s access to the organization’s account and all data therein will be revoked. Departing users do not retain access to, copies of, or rights to any organizational data, reports, or analysis generated under the organization’s account.

Organizations are responsible for managing user access and promptly notifying TeamFitting of personnel changes that affect account access.

TeamFitting provides compatibility analysis as an informational tool. We do not provide hiring recommendations, signing advice, or personnel decisions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All roster, recruiting, and personnel decisions remain solely your responsibility.
• TeamFitting shall not be liable for any decisions made in reliance on information provided by the Service.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vervian Design Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or algorithms of the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or other programmatic means to access or extract data from the Service.
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share reports or analysis generated by the Service without prior written consent from Vervian Design Group Inc.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Service, other users, or Vervian Design Group Inc.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to ownership, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

The Service, including its design, algorithms, models, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Vervian Design Group Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where practicable, by providing additional notice (such as email notification).

Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
