Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. Name and email address, collected through our authentication provider (Clerk), when you create an account.
• Assessment data. Player evaluations, behavioral assessment results, and related data that you upload to the Service.
• Generated reports. Compatibility reports, scores, and analysis produced by the Service based on your inputs.
• Usage analytics. Information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, and device information. This data is collected to improve the Service and is not linked to assessment data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate compatibility reports. Your assessment data is processed by our AI engine to produce player-team fit analysis.
• Improve prediction algorithms. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used to refine and improve the accuracy of our models. Individual data is never used in model training without explicit consent.
• Provide customer support. Account information is used to respond to your inquiries and provide technical assistance.
• Maintain and secure the Service. Usage data helps us monitor performance, detect issues, and protect against unauthorized access.

We do not sell your data. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or assessment data to third parties.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Spartacus integration. When you initiate a Spartacus behavioral science data integration, relevant data is exchanged with Spartacus systems to enrich your reports. This integration is user-initiated and occurs only at your direction.
• Anonymized research. We may share anonymized, aggregate data for academic research or industry analysis. This data cannot be used to identify any individual, player, or organization.
• Legal obligations. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

• Compatibility reports. Cached for 7 days after generation, then automatically purged from our systems. You may download or share reports during this period.
• Research cache. Publicly sourced research data used to generate reports is cached for 30 days, then deleted.
• Account data. Retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
• Usage analytics. Retained in anonymized form for up to 12 months.

The Service integrates with the following third-party providers, each of which operates under its own privacy policy:

• Clerk — Authentication and identity management. Clerk processes your email address and login credentials.
• Anthropic Claude — AI language model used for analysis and report generation. Assessment data is sent to Anthropic’s API for processing.
• Tavily — Public research aggregation. Used to gather publicly available information about players and teams.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

• All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
• Application data is stored in PostgreSQL databases with role-based access controls.
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
• We regularly review and update our security practices.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal data and account. We will comply within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
• Export. You may request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
• Opt out of analytics. You may opt out of usage analytics collection by contacting us at the email below.
• Correction. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal data.

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and provide notice through the Service or via email where practicable.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
